This individual will sit on our Infrastructure team that builds AI-native solutions used by the entire company to find, convert, and better enable customers with the products we launch.

The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of architecting and developing full-stack applications, proficient data analytics skills, strong interest in agentic workflows, and 5+ years working on applications or codebases built with Python, Databricks, React/JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS.

You'll be responsible for production-grade systems that our customers and internal teams depend on daily.

That means being responsive, reliable, and an excellent communicator — both when things are going well and especially when they're not.

The ideal candidate treats AI coding tools as core infrastructure for how they work — not a novelty.

You've shipped full-stack applications, you're comfortable navigating ambiguity, and you are customer-obsessed in your approach to improving software.As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will Own features and systems end-to-end across multiple product surfaces — architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration Architect and deliver solutions for our Revenue, Revenue Operations, and Business Development teams – including data tools, applications, and agentic orchestrators Serve as a subject matter expert across the whole stack, and report directly to the Chief Architect, who will provide hands-on mentorship in cutting‐edge AI-native development, big data analytics, and cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate closely with the Revenue organization, discovering opportunities, projects, and areas to revamp critical business processes with AI Drive initiatives across teams — you're not waiting for a PM to write a spec;
you're in the room shaping what gets built and why Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex to improve personal productivity, ship trustworthy solutions faster through harness engineering, code quality, and documentation.

Produce clear documentation: create playbooks, docs, and training materials to institutionalize best practices.You Are Likely To Succeed If You have 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications — and the impact to show for it You are stack-flexible: comfortable working across Python, TypeScript/React, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Databricks).
